مدل تأثیرگذاری فرهنگ بومی در طراحی ساختمان های مسکونی

The aim of the present study is to develop a model to investigate the extent and manner of the impact of local culture on the design of residential buildings. This research is applied in terms of purpose and employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies. In the first phase, to design a paradigmatic model of the impact of local culture on residential architecture, the Grounded Theory method was utilized. The statistical population for the qualitative phase consisted of 20 faculty members in cultural management and executive experts from cultural institutions in Tehran. Data collection tools were researcher-developed coding forms, the validity of which was confirmed by a Delphi panel and the reliability by the Pi Scott index (0.95). The findings from the qualitative analysis revealed that the factors influencing the model of local culture's impact on residential design were organized into 15 main categories across five dimensions: core factors (development of local housing), causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies, and outcomes. In the second phase, to develop the quantitative model, the statistical population included all managers, housing sector experts, and construction industry activists in Tehran, estimated at approximately 130,000 individuals. Using the Morgan table, a sample size of 347 was determined.
