The influence of the media in achieving A transparent government foundation

Abstract
Considering that the democratic political system in its structure requires the fulfillment of three conditions: paying attention to people's awareness, transparency and accountability and monitoring, the present research by examining the components and structure of the formation of a transparent government seeks to find answers to questions such as: a) the role of transparency in What is regulating the relationship between the government and the media? b) Which functions and features of the media play a significant role in achieving a transparent government. The results of this research, using the qualitative method of the paradigm model, indicate the causal factors, the background conditions of the central phenomenon, and the necessary strategies to achieve the result of transparency.The purpose of writing this research is to explain the relationship between the components of Banyan's transparent government and outline the role of modern media in achieving this objective, because one of the important components of the principle of Banyan's transparent government is the timely dissemination of information in modern formats in cyberspace with platforms based on Web, Internet and public programs are done.
