Abstract
As the future makers of societies, children and adolescents play the greatest role in the future of the countries, and how they train is one of the key issues of society. The toy is the first training tool that a child deals with from the beginning of his personality formation. Nevertheless, analyzing the research has shown that this industry's cultural and economic dimensions in Iran have not been well understood and are not in the right direction. As the total production of toys in the best condition, it accounts for less than 10% of the domestic market volume. Therefore, this article aims to accurately recognize the challenges of the Iranian toy industry in terms of conceptual modeling. To achieve this goal, a qualitative approach and a Theme analysis method have been used. The research population consisted of managers, policy-makers, experts, and businessmen in Iran's toy industry. Twenty-one participants were selected through a targeted sampling method. The findings showed that the challenges and shortcomings of the Iranian toy industry can be defined in four categories: weakness in cultural, legal, manufacturing, and commercial infrastructure.
