Abstract
To address cultural issues, it is necessary to engage with the lifeworld specific to each society, which is shaped by its unique cultural framework. It is inaccurate to claim that a society possesses a completely distinct culture, as culture is dynamic and invariably influenced by interactions with other societies. This process of acculturation, while beneficial, can also lead to detrimental effects and may result in conscious or unconscious alienation. Consequently, sociologists, pathologists, and the media must fulfill their roles effectively by evaluating the forms of cultural interaction and fostering cultural reproduction. Such reproduction, facilitated by various social norms, can significantly contribute to peaceful coexistence or exacerbate alienation within a society. Numerous societies, during their acculturation processes, have adopted norms that fail to meet their intrinsic needs, leading to cultural conflicts that inflict serious damage on their socio-cultural structures and, by extension, on other societal institutions. The acceptance of any new culture necessitates a rational developmental context that allows for dialogue and cultural reproduction without compromising the native culture or the civil liberties of the society. Given that acculturation involves social action, this research aims to establish a rational foundation for liberation from self-alienation throughout the acculturation process.
