"Covid19 infodemic" is a phenomenon related to the field of health communication, which was introduced by the Director General of the World Health Organization as a parallel threat to the Covid19 virus at the same time as the corona virus spread worldwide. What is discussed in this article is, first, the definition of Covid19 infodemic and the identification the dual factors affecting its production and dissemination in the context of health communication. The approach used in this article is qualitative and the research method is grounded theory; therefore, instead of using existing theories as a theoretical framework, researchers have sought to produce self-based, grounded and indigenous theory from the data obtained. For this purpose, using theoretical sampling method and interviews with specialists and experts, the necessary data were collected from various sources and after coding, classifying and categorizing the propositions, three duals: "Care-cue approach", "Quantitative-quantitative approach" And "Contrast of Traditional Medicine - Modern Medicine" are identified as effective communication-medical dualities and the basis for the production and dissemination of infusion of Covid19 infodemic in Iran's social media. The common feature of these dualities is the positive and negative effects of every sides of their aspects in counteracting or spreading infodemic.
