Social stability is a concept related to stable development that was entered into different countries' development plans since the 1960s which has received different opinions because of debates over its components and place among other stable development components. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of social media on the social stability of Tehran District 19, which is presented by a conceptual framework based on works such as Hosseini et al. (2015); Shafie and Shafia (2012); Nastaran et al. (2013). The Descriptive Survey data collection method alongside the Cochran equation leads to the random and systematic selection of 384 residents of the statistical society of Tehran District 19. The results show that using social media has a positive and meaningful effect on both the Objective indicators (Sense of belonging, social interaction, accountability, social participation, social safety, social trust, the objective aspect of life quality) and also the Subjective indicators (Subjective aspect of life quality, justice, life expectancy, education, poverty, and employment).
