بررسی تأثیر فرهنگ‌سازمانی بر فرآیند مدیریت دانش در سازمان آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر به‌دنبال بررسی تأثیر فرهنگ‌سازمانی بر فرآیند مدیریت دانش در سازمان آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی می باشد. همچنین پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ گردآوری داده در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی قرار می گیرد. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل 420 نفر از کارکنان آموزش و پرورش منطقه 9 شهر تهران می باشند که حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان به‌صورت تصادفی 200 نفر انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش کتابخانه ای و پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه ‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و PLS استفاده شد. در این پژوهش از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی(PLS) جهت آزمون فرضیات و برازندگی مدل و برای اندازه‌گیری روایی واگرا در تحلیل‌های PLS و برای بررسی روایی همگرا از معیار AVE استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها حاکی از آن داشت که تمامی فرضیات تحقیق تاثیر معناداری دارد .

چکیده English

The present study seeks to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the knowledge management process in the Tehran Education Organization. This research is applied in terms of purpose. Also, the present study is among the descriptive researches in terms of data collection. The statistical population in this study includes 420 education staff in District 9 of Tehran that the sample size was randomly selected based on Morgan table 200 people. In the present study, the library method and a standard questionnaire were used to collect data. SPSS and PLS software were used to analyze the data. In this study, structural equation modeling and partial least squares (PLS) method were used to test the hypotheses and model fit, and to measure divergent validity in PLS analyzes, and to evaluate convergent validity, the AVE criterion was used. The results of data analysis showed that all research hypotheses have a significant effect.
