Features of the news published on the virtual social networks; Suggestions to how to present IRIB TV news (Case study of the Instagram news pages)

Abstract
With spread new technologies of communication and variety of new media activities in cyberspace, we are witness the increasing activity of social networks in the field of information and dissemination of news and information in the society; So that these virtual networks are becoming one of the major news sources in the society. The main research purpose, is Understanding the most important features of the news published on the virtual social networks and providing suggestions for how to present IRIB TV news about it. In this qualitative study was conducted with qualitative content analysis and Statistical Society is Persian-language news channels in Instagram that with purposive sampling, selected 9 pages from 1397/01/12 until 1397/01/19 and were evaluated the most important themes and features news spread in news channels. According to results study, the most significant features of news published on virtual social networks are multimedia, interactive features, quick and easy readings of news, hypertexts, image-centeredness, instant updates, Receive news from friends, and active presence of citizen journalists and the most appropriate Actions that IRIB in Presenting TV News, should consider for maintaining its position as the main source of information in the society is speed in the production and publication of news, using new ways of delivering news, write news with news styles, utilization of new technologies in the production of news, comprehensive coverage of news event to fit a variety of tastes of the audience and trying for the interactive its more news apps.
