If we examine internal social networks from the perspective of education and extraordinary educational opportunities, we find that these networks can be a powerful arm for providing the latest information, events, and scientific outputs in various fields; and play a significant role in promoting, expanding, and expanding science and supporting participatory education. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the tendency to use internal social networks by professors and students of the Islamic Azad University, Tehran Science and Research Branch. A survey method was used to conduct this research. A researcher-made questionnaire was also used in terms of data collection. Then, the researcher collected information by being present in the field and using the questionnaire; and after scoring the questionnaires, the data matrix was adjusted, and statistical analyses were performed using SPSS21 software according to the research objectives. The results of this research show that the average use of internal social networks among faculty members (professors) and students is below average. In another comparative look in this research, the average use of internal social networks by faculty members (professors) is higher than the average use of internal social networks by students. Also, the relationship between psychological status, political approach, and web-based economic opportunities and the tendency to use internal social networks is significant and positive.
