The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the “No Vote Campaign” (#NotVotingForIR) on Twitter platform during the 2020 presidential election in Iran. The theoretical framework of study was based on Garth S. Jowett and Victoria O’Donnell’s (2012) analytical model of advertisement campaign. The research design was based on quantitative content analysis. The population of the study were all the date with the hashtag of “No Vote” on the Twitter platform one month before the election.<br />The results of the study show that this campaign has been run during one of the most sensitive time (election time) and under an inflamed socio-political situation. In terms of organization, the lacks of a clear executive structure for the campaign was obvious. In terms of media use, it has tried to use different media channels and mechanism. Despite its widespread use of propaganda techniques (a combination of 23 techniques), about 93% of its messages were "emotion-based" and only 7% of them were "persuasive". In terms of "engaging" of the target audience, the campaign has not been very successful, so that 88% of its messages received zero "likes".<br />In the final evaluation of the "no vote" campaign, it should be said that this campaign did not succeed in achieving its main goal, which was to reduce the number of voters in the elections. There are also very few reasons to attribute the decline in turned out to the 1400 elections to the impact of the "no vote" campaign. In fact, due to various reasons such as inability to engage the audiences, restrictions of the Twitter in the country, neutralizing this campaign through positive and anti-advertising campaign, and etc., there is no empirical evidences that shows this campaign was highly effective in persuading people not vote.

Ali Asadi is one of the experts in the fields of social sciences and communications, who has experienced and studied Iran before and after the Islamic Revolution, and in his opinion, a significant system of thought can be extracted about the development of Iran. In this article, by reviewing Asadi's developmental ideas, his views are categorized in terms of development, transition period, technology, communication, culture and underdevelopment. Asadi proposes a comprehensive and technology-oriented development model for Iran. Despite understanding the issues of development for developing countries, he believes that with a strong nation-state, the steps of economic, political, cultural and technological development should be realized on the basis of a comprehensive strategic plan. His approach to development is somewhat close to the linear approaches to development. He measures development by global standards and the use of technology, and believes that each country must develop in its own way, according to its own ecological and traditional conditions.

The word and the concept of "neoliberalism" has turned into a high-frequency word in worldwide and in the last decade in the l Iranian society. Due to the damaging effects of the economic and growing rift between the rich and the poor at both the global and national levels, opponents and critics of these global policies have come to the fore, with sociologists being the most serious of them. One of these important and influential sociologists is Pierre Bourdieu, who opposes the social effects of the principles of neoliberal economics, so that due to his active involvement in civil movements and his fierce struggle with neoliberalism late in life, can be said that: the " Bourdieu intellectual turn" that the purpose of this article is to identify Bourdieu's new face in the figure of ""struggle with neoliberalism" and "one of the main references to the struggle against globalization and neoliberalism."<br />In this regard, Pierre Bourdieu's works are examined from the central issue of the article, so-called Neoliberalism, and following, his view specifically on the consequences of neoliberalism on the five topics of "the destruction of the welfare state and civilization", "the replacement of private (not private) responsibility". "Public Responsibility (General Good)", "Economic Leadership and Enmity with Sociology", "Creating Social Suffering" and "Unifying the Path of Neoliberalism" are presented. also, In the final section, Iran society will be studied

Background and Aim: Military service can be one of the most important events in a person's life. For some reason, military service in Iran is not very attractive to young people. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of various factors on increasing or decreasing the attractiveness of military service and recognizing the capacity of cultural institutions to create culture and help increase the attractiveness of military service.<br />Research Method: The present article, by conducting 16 qualitative interviews with social science experts, communications and military officials, deals with pathology and provides solutions to increase the attractiveness of military service.<br />Results: Various objective and subjective factors are effective in reducing the attractiveness of military service. In the meantime, the influence of mental factors is of special importance because public service in cyberspace has been attacked by many dissenting media and its distorted image is presented in society. In contrast, there has been no coherent media strategy by the authorities to increase the attractiveness of military service.<br />Conclusion: The objective measures taken to make military service attractive (albeit insufficient and small) should be illustrated and narrated using new methods of communication. The need to adopt a new comprehensive and interactive communication and media strategy, as well as the formation of a council called the Communication and Media Council with the participation of media and cultural activists in the relevant organs, are the main proposals of this research.

the sociological approach to art is based on the principle that not only is the artist and the work of art not unique and mysterious, but it is the product of a social context and position. The above approach allows us to study the sociology of the duality of popular art / high art. Therefore, in this study, we seek to answer the question that if the above dual opposition system means the definition of "one" is based on " the other", can it be assumed that this can be overturned? In this study, we use the concept of Walter Benjamin's artistic aura and Judith Butler's theory of gender performance. This study, considering the market for buying and selling the "original" works of art at auctions and Mozart's "sample", shows that we do not face the "decline of the artistic aura " in the age of electronic reproduction, and the concept of " aura " is the concept of " Mobile" which very much depends on the situation. This reveals the fact that the position of the individual between the common (and the artisan) and being an artist depends on the situation and is unstable. This fact in turn helps us to conclude that the performance of lay / elite identity, is used depending on the situation. And we learn to play the role of a commoner or an elite. Hereupon, the common is a loose and Mobile concept, and precisely for this reason,

In the age of the Internet, mass media, while playing the role of resources for more financial information, regulates the problem of information asymmetry between stock investors and accepted companies and strengthens the development of the stock market. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of mass media on investor tendencies . According to a study conducted in the winter of 1398 among 600 students with stock investment experience, the target community was selected by targeted and non-random sampling method and after collection, 234 sperm tests were analyzed using Logit model. results show : a) The effect of mass media leads to fluctuations in the investor's desire and affects the decisions of investors' transactions. b) In a bear market, the impact and influence of news media is greater than social and specialized media. c) In a bull market reform market, the impact of news media is greater than that of social media. d) The impact of media reports is asymmetric . This means that in a bull market, investors pay more attention to optimistic reports and ignore those with negative signals. In contrast, in a bear market, investors are more vulnerable to pessimistic reports, and reports with active information do not significantly affect them.

For many owners, the car is not only a vehicle and a livelihood, it is also a tool for expressing many concepts; including romantic, social, religious and political ones. The bumper stickers reflect the culture of car owners and drivers, and these inscriptions can be considered as mirror reflecting national and local, individual and folk culture. In this article, in two provinces of Isfahan and Sistan and Baluchestan, the bumper stickers of trucks have been collected in order to be able to proceed in their way of thinking and behavior of drivers in these areas. The content of the collected bumper stickers was analyzed and compared in these two provinces. According to the data collected in these two provinces, 887 inscriptions were collected by purposeful and scheduled sampling and were classified into 3 main categories (linguistic symbol, visual symbol, and mathematical symbol) along side their subcategories. For data analysis, SPSS software, descriptive statistics and Chi-square test were used. The results of the existing research showed that in both provinces, the highest percentage belonged to the religious category. Although there was a significant relationship between the two provinces in the visual symbol, there were no commonality and no significant relationship between the two provinces in the mathematical symbol.

Given that responses to questions about people's self-actualization may be influenced by political attitudes or intellectual inductive beliefs, and since cyberspace reflects the people's purest emotions, so cybercafé as the field of study of this Research was selected. The method is this qualitative study. We used content analysis Hence, users' manuscripts about the excellent education forum of the Jim Forum, the Khorasan daily's newsletter, known as political neutrality, were selected as the statistical community. Targeted and accessible sampling was selected. The findings showed that the desirability of young people is different from my real one. Young people acknowledge the structural weakness in the educational institution and attribute it to three institutional, individual and social dimensions. However, institutional weaknesses are more weighty. From the point of view of the activists, the institution of higher education, due to its weaknesses, has lost its original function, and in order to survive in this structure,. The institution of higher education must change the Bourdieu mentality that going to university promotes social capital
