In Iranian society, special conditions have arisen due to the increasing growth of new communication technologies, especially the Internet and smart phones, and of course the presence in transition conditions from a development perspective. In these circumstances, the pace of change in people's tastes is very high and new issues and needs are emerging day by day. Startups are one of the factors that can help address this need. Startups, with their unique features, bring together a creative, caring and motivated workforce in an agile structure and find solutions to the problems of the day, tailored to the needs of society. In this research, it has been tried to study how Iranian society is exposed to startups and offer some solutions for their growth. An examination of the current status of startups in Iran shows they are paying particular attention to the services by using the Internet and smartphones which provide many services. It can be seen that there is not much research done because of the newness of the problem; for this reason, in this research, using Grounded Theory in exploratory way, it is attempted to analyze the problem well. As a result, it seems that in Iranian society, an independent institution should be created as the guardian of the startup space and redefines the startup space of the country with the native capacities and characteristics of the Iranian society. It can make good use of this capacity by prioritizing the country's core issues as a roadmap for startups.

It may be said that one of the important signs of the present era in the 21st century is the growing rise of populism in various dimensions. populist triumphs in the different countries are confirming the premise. But what is populism? And who is a populist? Populism is one of the most challenging concepts, although they are very important, but there are no single and agreed definition of them. In This article deals with the dualities of "right populism" and "left populism" and their definitions and differences. right populism, represented by nationalism, immigration, hostility to the ruling parties, politicians and their corruption, has seven indicators: "criticizing the elite and relying on common sense", "full representation of the holy people", "the importance of the leader." And the insignificance of the organization ("disillusioned society"), " populism generated of democracy but a danger to it", "the non-liberalization of populism", "the anti-liberalism of populism" and "the moral representation and not the politicization of populism". And, following, left populism is explained by the work of two of its prominent theorists, Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe, who is committed to the Marxist narrative and critical of neoliberal hegemony, and populism is therefore the political crisis of liberal democracy. It does not seek to break with liberal democracy but seeks to consolidate and expand democracy against a common opposition called oligarchy dominated by neoliberalism, which is why we are talking about "returning to politics" or "returning to the people.

The humanities are the progressive spirit of nations and the decisive direction of other sciences. The scientific stagnation of Muslims and the renewed confrontation with the new West led to the gradual decline of this position in the eyes of the rulers and macro-policy strategies and, consequently, the general culture of the Iranian people. The purpose of this paper is to briefly compare the situation of the humanities and social sciences education system in Iran and Western countries (especially the United States and the United Kingdom) in the fields of education, higher education, graduate science and public culture. In addition to a close observation, the country's humanities have conducted in-depth interviews with experts in the field. As a result, although Iran's progress is different from Western material development, the importance and necessity of exploiting the nature of the humanities and its superiority over the natural sciences in macro-governance is the same in all paradigms, which requires more attention in the country. Our beloved is Iran.

Screenwriting is one of the most popular arts in the Iranian culture that could link the events of Ashura with visual culture and turn the narrative into a narrative. The narrators with the poet in each street and the street read the curtains for the audience and transmitted Ashura's message and culture to the chest and to the generations. This art could be seen every day and used, but today there is no news of it. The photographers also plotted on the occasion of the event to be installed in holy places and houses on the walls, and the narrators with a curtain and self-esteem with audiences like the theoretical and theatrical theater To explain. In this article, the imam Hussein's imam's portrait and Ashura's afternoon events based on the screening on the screens are analyzed using the Faye Form method. The results suggest that the curtains, while expressing the emotional feelings, have been able to communicate with the audience. This connection, if accompanied by an oral narration, while the audiences express their feelings, regard the curtains as sacred object, which will interfere with the event of Karbala.<br />Keywords: typography, form analysis, karbala, ashura, imam hussein (AS)

The present study seeks to study the factors affecting the institutional trust of women in Iran and Turkey. The study method in this work is of secondary analysis type. In the present study, the data used to test the research hypotheses from the global data survey set of values (wvs) of the survey wave from 2005 to 2008 have been used.<br />The results of multivariate regression analysis show that among the six variables introduced in the regression model, the effects of the three variables of belief in gender equality, education and sense of life satisfaction on institutional trust were statistically significant. At the same time, the variable of education with a coefficient of effect of 0.13 shows that with the increase of women's education, the level of institutional trust in them has also increased. Also, the results of multivariate regression analysis in Iran show that among the six variables included in the regression model, the effects of four variables of belief in gender equality, education, age and sense of life satisfaction on institutional trust were statistically significant. Comparing the standard beta regression coefficients, the education variable with a coefficient of effect of 0.31 indicates that with the increase in women's education, the level of institutional trust has also increased. The similarity in the obtained results indicates that there are many cultural commonalities in the level of institutional trust between women in Iran and Turkey.

Abstract<br />We are immersed from cradle to grave in a media and consumer society and thus it is important to learn how to understand, interpret, and criticize its meanings and messages.<br />Cultural studies allows us to examine and critically scrutinize the whole range of culture without prior prejudices toward one or another sort of cultural text, institution, or practice.<br />cultural studies contains a threefold project of analyzing the production and political economy of culture, cultural texts, and the audience reception of those texts and their effects. This comprehensive approach avoids too narrowly focusing on one dimension of the project to the exclusion of others. To avoid such limitations, I would thus propose a multiperspectival approach that (a) discusses production and political economy, (b) engages in textual analysis, and (c) studies the reception and use of cultural texts. this article is about the potential contributions of a cultural studies perspective to media critique and literacy.
