Increasing human interactions and relationships have led to the concept of peace In the life of human beings with the enforceability of human rights rules as the first and most important goal , emerges as a culture of peace. In this research, which is a basic research of descriptive-exploratory type, An attempt has been made to use " the grounded theory methodology " in humanities studies, Providing a model of a culture of peace in accordance with the research method and its goals. Introduction of concepts, Categories and meta-categories grown from within the data to saturation were studied, The model of culture of peace in 5 main categories with the categories of cognition and awareness, Compassion and rationalism as characteristics of a culture of peace, Reinforcing factors with the categories of new media technologies and social responsibility, Class of shaping factors included : Cultural structures and education, consequence class included: Global Citizenship and Sustainable Security, And the class of barriers to formation Included obscene traits and politicization were counted صلح از قدیمی‌ترین آرمان‌های بشری است و همواره انسان‌ها چه از نظر تئوریکی و چه به لحاظ راه‌حل‌های عملی مقطعی در تلاش چاره‌جویی برای رسیدن به آن بوده‌اند. افزایش تعاملات و روابط انسانی باعث گردیده تا مفهوم صلح در حیات انسان ها با آمره شدن قواعد حقوق بشر به عنوان اولین و مهم ترین هدف به صورت فرهنگ صلح ظهور یابد. این تحقیق این تحقیق که یک پژوهش بنیادی از نوع توصیفی- اکتشافی است، تلاش شده تا بر مبنای روش «داده بنیاد» در مطالعات علوم انسانی، الگوی فرهنگ صلح را متناسب با روش تحقیق و اهداف ارایه نماید. معرفی مفاهیم، مقوله و فرامقوله های رویش یافته از درون داده ها تا رسیدن به اشباع، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. الگوی فرهنگ صلح در ۵ طبقه اصلی با مقولات شناخت و آگاهی، مهرورزی و خردگرایی به عنوان مشخصه های فرهنگ صلح؛ عوامل تقویتی با مقولات تکنولوژی های نوین رسانه ای و مسئولیت اجتماعی؛ طبقه عوامل شکل دهنده شامل: ساختارهای فرهنگی و آموزش؛ طبقه پیامدها شامل: شهروند جهانی و امنیت پایدار و طبقه موانع شکل گیری شامل صفات ناپسند و سیاسی گرایی احصاء گردید. https://www.jscm.ir/article_168570_4cc0adebb38132f90d48fb3cf0106c82.pdf
