After the Islamic revolution, the media have experienced many ups and downs in terms of freedom and independence. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the independence of editorial offices and to provide solutions to improve it. This research is qualitative and practical. For this purpose, a semi-structured interview was conducted in a theoretical saturation method with 10 responsible managers and directors of non-governmental news agencies and media experts using thematic analysis method. The findings of the research show the economic weakness of the media and the insufficient livelihood of journalists, the lack of job security and the unstable continuity of work, the method of distributing government subsidies and the governmentization of advertising, the lack of a strong journalist trade union, the fear of having a security record for journalists, self-censorship, controls Direct and indirect government and the impossibility of creativity are the factors that have the greatest impact on the independence process of news agencies. با اینکه آغاز به کار مطبوعات در ایران دولتی بوده و پس از آن نیز تحت نظر دولت وقت شکل گرفت، پس از آن نیز نوعی نگاه و کنترل های امنیتی بر مطبوعات حاکم بوده، به گونه ای که مطبوعات ایران فراز و نشیب های زیادی را در این سالها سپری کردند. بعد از انقلاب اسلامی رسانه ها افت و خیزهای فراوانی را از جنبه آزادی و استقلال تجربه کرده اند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی عوامل موثر بر استقلال تحریریه ها و ارائه راهکارهایی برای ارتقای آن می باشد. این تحقیق با روش کیفی و کاربردی است. برای این منظور، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته به شیوه اشباع تئوریک با 10 تن از مدیران مسئول و دبیران خبرگزاری های غیردولتی و صاحبنظران عرصه رسانه به روش تحلیل مضمون صورت گرفت. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد ضعف اقتصادی رسانه و معیشت ناکافی خبرنگاران، عدم امنیت شغلی و تداوم ناپایدار کار، شیوه توزیع یارانه هی دولتی و دولتی شدن جذب آگهی، فقدان تشکل صنفی خبرنگاری قوی، ترس از سابقه دارشدن امنیتی خبرنگاران، خودسانسوری، کنترل های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم دولتی و عدم امکان بروز خلاقیت عواملی هستند که بیشترین تاثیر را در روند استقلال خبرگزاری ها دارند. https://www.jscm.ir/article_168481_512201fe761f04f471a96fcbdf627a15.pdf
