Thus the semantic study which is ‎constructed by the cinema regarding HIV/AIDS is important. In this research, Dallas Buyers Club (2013), the latest US cinema film on HIV / AIDS, ‎was selected, because the experience of other countries in displaying HIV / ‎AIDS can be useful for more suitable regarding representation of Aids in our country. The question is, ‎how HIV/AIDS is defined in this movie? And how the produced social ‎meaning would challenge the patient’s life? Answering these questions can ‎increase our understanding about media power to construct various meanings ‎of the disease.‎ Theoretical foundations of the research are based on the symbolic ‎counteraction theory and Goffman’s concept of stigma. ‎ This study has been done by using the qualitative content analysis method and we ‎can categorize the resulted concepts into 4 general categories:‎ ‎1.‎ Struggling for life in opposition to death ‎2.‎ The evolution of the meaning of love and life in opposition to hate and ‎prejudice ‎3.‎ To challenge the stigma of the disease in opposition to the dominant ‎semantic construction ‎4.‎ Changing the meaning of the disease for the patient.‎ Finally, we conclude that this movie would produce a meaning for ‎HIV/Aids using the communication power of the cinema which would ‎challenge the dominant stigma of the disease in American society‏.‏}, keywords = {American Cinema,HIV/AIDS,Stigma,content analysis}, title_fa = {تحلیل بازنمایی اچ آی وی/ ایدز در سینمای آمریکا مطالعه موردی: فیلم «انجمن مصرف‌کنندگان دالاس»}, abstract_fa = {بیماری اچ آی وی/ ایدز دارای ابعاد اجتماعی مانند انواع تحریم‌ و تبعیضها و داغ ننگ است. بی‌تردید رسانه‌ها ازجمله سینما می‌توانند معنای اجتماعی بیماری اچ آی وی/ ایدز را تغییر دهند؛ بنابراین مطالعه معنایی که توسط سینما در رابطه با بیماری اچ آی وی/ ایدز برساخت می‌شود، اهمیت دارد. در این تحقیق فیلم «باشگاه مصرف‌کنندگان دالاس» محصول (2013) که آخرین تولید سینمای آمریکا در مورد بیماری اچ آی وی/ ایدز است، انتخاب شد؛ چرا که تجربه کشورهای دیگر در نمایش بیماری اچ ای وی/ ایدز می‌تواند در بازنمایی مناسب‌تر این بیماری در کشور ما مفید باشد. در این تحقیق سعی می‌کنم به این سؤالات پاسخ دهم که: در این فیلم بیماری اچ آی وی/ ایدز چگونه معنا می‌شود؟ و معنای اجتماعی تولیدشده چگونه زندگی بیمار را به چالش می‌کشد؟ پاسخ به این سؤالات می‌تواند به شناخت ما از قدرت رسانه‌ها در برساخت معناهای متفاوتی از این بیماری یاری رساند. مبانی نظری این تحقیق بر پایه نظریه کنش متقابل نمادین و مفهوم استیگما از گافمن است. این تحقیق با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شده است و مفاهیم به دست آمده از این مطالعه را می‌توان در چهار مقوله کلی دسته‌بندی کرد. «مبارزه برای زندگی در تقابل با مرگ»، «تحول معنای عشق و زندگی در تقابل با نفرت و تعصب»، «به چاش کشیدن داغ ننگ بیماری در تقابل با برساخت معنایی مسلط» و «تغییر معنای بیماری برای بیمار». درنهایت نتیجه می‌گیریم که این فیلم با استفاده از قدرت ارتباطی سینما معنایی از بیماری اچ آی وی/ ایدز تولید می‌کند که داغ ننگ مسلط این بیماری در جامعه آمریکا را به چالش می‌کشد.}, keywords_fa = {سینمای آمریکا,اچ آی وی/ ایدز,داغ ننگ,تحلیل محتوا,ارتباطات سلامت,معنای اجتماعی,کنش متقابل نمادین}, url = {https://www.jscm.ir/article_58021.html}, eprint = {https://www.jscm.ir/article_58021_e8baa270023eac1b01fdb3ed806fab33.pdf} }
