چکیده

هدف مطالعه حاضر تحلیل موانع و بازدارنده‌های گفتگوی بین نسلی در درون خانواده ایرانی است. برای نیل به اهداف پژوهش حاضر از روش‌شناسی کیفی و برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از تکنیک مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختارمند استفاده شد. با شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 20 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و پژوهشگران حوزه روابط بین نسلی در ایران که طی دو دهه گذشته به‌صورت دغدغه‌مند و مستمر به پژوهش در این حوزه مشغول بوده‌اند، انتخاب و با آنها مصاحبه انجام شد. تحلیل داده‌های مصاحبه طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی و با کمک نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که مهم‌ترین موانع درون خانوادگی گفتگوی بین نسلی «مسئولیت‌های سنگین اقتصادی و اجتماعی خانواده»، «کاهش فراغت جمعی و فضای مشترک خانواده»، «از دست رفتن مرجعیت و نقش والدگری والدین»، «نامطلوب بودن کیفیت روابط والدین با فرزندان» و «فقدان شناخت و مهارت ارتباطات محور بین والدین و فرزندان» هستند
