چکیده
در قرن بیستم؛ حوزه ارتباطات و تکنولوژی های وابسته به آن مانند بسیاری از حوزههای دیگر دستخوش تغییر و تحولات گستردهای شده است. در سالهای اخیر محققان صحبت از انفجار اطلاعات، انقلاب تکنولوژی ارتباطی و یا عصر رسانههای الکترونیک سخن بهمیان میآورند. در میان رسانهها، تلویزیون همواره به عنوان یکی از مهمترین رسانهها مطرح بوده است. شتابزدگی ناشی از اهمیت تاثیر تلویزیون در زندگی کودکان، همواره همراه با شتابزدگی مشابه از ترس و نگرانیهای والدین از این رسانه و تاثیرات منفی آن بر زندگی کودکان است. این مسئله، یک موضوع و یک دغدغه بحثبرانگیز است. پژوهش حاضر در تلاش است با غلبه بر اختلاف نظرهایی که در این زمینه وجود دارد و از دیدگاه روانشناسی و اجتماعی تاثیر رسانه تلویزیون را بر مخاطبان اصلی خود یعنی کودکان بررسی نماید. یافتههای نظری بدست آمده از پژوهش حاضر، نگرش شکاکانه نسبت به رابطه کودک ـ تلویزیون را تقویت میکند و بنابراین ترسها و نگرانیها را توجیه مینماید. این پژوهش ماهیتی توصیفی ـ تحلیلی دارد و به روش کتابخانهای صورت گرفته است. سهم عملی این پژوهش، پیشنهاد راهحلهای مناسب به والدین جهت مدیریت بهتر رابطه کودک ـ تلویزیون خواهد بود.
